Innsystec is developing a CMOS-integrated radio frequency transmitter frontend chip with a fully digitized structure supporting 4.5G, 5G wifi and other high frequency signals. Its solution will be applicable in e.g. base stations, wifi-routers and cellular devices.
The transmitter frontend is based upon a novel architecture which enables high energy efficiency and wide bandwidth while maintaining linearity.

WHO WE ARE
Innsystec, a spin-off of RWTH Aachen University (Germany), has the mission to develop high performing next generation wireless data transmission solution. It is currently developing a transmitter with front end for various signal types such as 4G, 5G or wifi.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking to strengthen our product development team with a highly skilled engineer (m/f). You take the responsibility in designing one part of the new modulator. Take the chance to create the next generation of wireless data transmission.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • You make an extensive analysis to identify the right topology

  • You build a behavirol model

  • You design the front end in CMOS

  • You optimize the circuit for different process corners and statistical variations

  • You simulate the front end circuit with the top level of the complete signal modulator

WHAT OUR EXPECTATIONS ON YOU

  • You have a background in electrical engineering or an adjacent area

  • You have domain expertise in CMOS RF/Analog circuit design

  • You have a strong experience with Cadence tools

  • You have demonstrated that you are capable in solving problems and optimizing designs with complex requirements.

  • You want to achieve excellent development results.
